Director of Games & Innovation - The Go Game (2014 - present)

Manages a team of 20+ experience designers, leads the global partnerships program, develops new game templates, designs bespoke experiences for clients such as Apple, Nike, HBO, Google, WeWork, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, The Boys’ Club of New York, Ogilvy & Mather, The World Bank and YMCA. Since 2010, has produced over 600 immersive adventure games and applied play workshops in 9 countries.

Founder - Score! LLC (2009 - present)

Created a bi-coastal party series that turns recycling into a mini-festival experience. Produced events for 50 - 1500 attendees, managed corporate sponsorship (Nylon, Etsy, Stella, Bust Magazine), assembled a network of style partners and community stakeholders (DJs, non-profits, fashion bloggers, small businesses), strategized PR campaigns that garnered coverage in O Magazine, NYT, TV Globo and a Japanese documentary about unique parties.

Director of Programming - Millennial Trains Project (2015 - 2016)

Developed programming (onboard workshops as well as meetings / tours / panels in each city) for 3 cross-country train trips designed to expose young innovators to a multi-faceted vision of America, help them grow as leaders, and launch projects to serve their respective communities. Projects ranged from renewable energy to STEM education, sustainable food economies to inclusive tech ecosystems, public art to social justice. Coordinated with community partners such as Rebuild Foundation (Theaster Gates), Cultivate Kansas City, Homeboy Industries, Conflict Kitchen, and City of Asylum to build custom experiences for each trip. Worked with local and national media outlets such as Infinite Legroom and NextCity to increase awareness.

Game Designer - The Go Game (2010 - 2014)

Designed real-world adventures that leveraged mobile technology, actors and transmedia storytelling for marketing, training, education, tourism, team-building and entertainment.  Developed new gaming concepts such as Zombie Apocalypse Disaster Preparedness Games and location-agnostic Escape The Room games. Presented disaster preparedness game research to the Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation at The White House and contributed to the CDC website

Event Producer & Creative Strategist - MeanRed Productions (2007 - 2010)

Produced and promoted events in NYC ranging from raves in dim sum restaurants to Gowanus Canal-side pig roasts to Central Park Summerstage concerts. Location scout, copywriter, promo strategist, street team manager, event producer.
